About Brittany

Brittany Kwong, MS, RDN

With a background in classical ballet spanning 11 years, Brittany recognizes the importance of proper nutrition and exercise not only for athletes and professionals but also for individuals navigating the demands of everyday life. This prompted her to obtain a Master of Science degree in Nutrition, Healthspan, and Longevity from the University of Southern California in 2023. Her education in nutrition is guided by the wisdom gained from studying under Dr. Valter Longo, a pioneer in longevity research. To reach longevity and lifespan, it is crucial to couple nutrition with movement.

With roots in ballet, Brittany understands the importance of precise movement and alignment to prevent injuries. This ballet background seamlessly flows into her roles as a certified yoga and Pilates instructor since 2019. Through these practices, she emphasizes mind-body connection, enabling individuals to feel the correct muscles and cultivate a deeper understanding of their own body. Brittany’s overarching goal for individuals is to inspire self-care. By sharing her expertise in nutrition and movement, Brittany hopes to guide individuals on a path of tuning into their body.
